i had desired of getting valuable suggestion covering varied possible angles from different professionals, but found that most of them prefer making comments - i agree, i fully agree, already replied, replied by my learned friend and more surprisingly making allegation that trying to exploit commercially.
can you explain what this platform is meant for?
if you are hell bent on not giving right advice without payment, please stop misguiding or pls. stop pretending to be the messiah of the oppressed.
and do not humiliate the ignorant on some pretext or the other.
under stress and not being fully aware of the platform format, i made repeated queries accidentally, which i acknowledged thru pm and humbly apologized to learned sirs who felt disturbed.
but in reply, what followed proved that there are several ego-maniacs on board who feel better by making fun of the distressed.
please make room for professionals who genuinely want to do good to the society.

Mister come with actual problem. Don't comment. It is a public forum. It is your wish to take or deny the suggestion rendered. It is just only a guidance. Read the disclaimer on the lost page of the web. All are not jack of all trades.

Mr.Lalit,
It is a public forum. Every body will have their own style of replying.
We can not stop anybody from passing any comments, like what you do.
We can not dictate any body to follow the code of conduct.
We can not prevent any body in misusing this forum.
The author / queriest if he is having any serious and genuine problems, many of the experts are addressing them, either in public or through PM.
My advise is ignore any unwanted comments, take / select the good things available here.
So, we can stop this unhealthy and unwanted query.

Mr Lalit their is no need for getting so disturbed. This forum respects everyone and their queries. Once a query is replied and others also have similar answer then all others reply by saying "I agree". Some queries which are motivated and scandalous are best ignored. After all all the Experts on the Forum are (i repeat) EXPERTS. So its left to you to take it or leave it but don't cast aspersions. Good luck

Dear Mr.Ganeshan- i have used this platform to seek valuable advise from real experts who can help me have 360degree view of the problem being faced by me, so that i can prepare accordingly.GUIDANCE is what i need.
Dear Mr.Arunagiri, thanks for your advice, but only after being badly hurt thru pm i posted this query.i have always believed and firmly believe that "good" exists.
Dear Mr.Rao, there are instances when you are seeking to have others point of view so that you see the complete picture.i also admit that every expert may not be so proficient as to give his view with a new perspective to the matter hence i expect that instead of repeating -agree, fully agree, rightl answered --he may prefer to reman silent.this platform is to share knowledge and not for onemanupship.let there be liberty for ignorant to enlighten himself. nobody arrived here on this earth with knowledge, it is all acquired.

Dear Lalit, I understand your aggression, I personally haven't seen any expert exploiting anyone commercially on this platform, no one till date has tried to prove himself a messiah, this platform is meant to give the solutions on the basis of the query asked and on individuals case/problem, practically it is not possible for anyone to give solution just on one query without going through all the documents and understanding the case completely and for this if someone asks you to meet personally and then obviously expecting commercially, there is nothing wrong in it as no one does charity and everyone has their own expenses. But still, all experts here try to help out to everyone by answering to their quires and that too free of cost, on one guarantees that one will be benefited by the solution provided on this platform as again no expert has gone through the documents and complete details of the case. I think every expert is a sincere professional in his own field. Hopes I have cleared your doubts and calmed down your anger. Be positive!!!!!!

i thank you all for your valued advice and suggesstions.
there had been some misinterpretation of my query which made some experts feel that the querist was trying to exploit the platform commercially, and not the other way round.
i have the highest regards for all the experts on board, as they are more learned and qualified than myself.and it is a fact which i always remember.
i have no doubt regarding sincerity, intention and more importantly integrity of the experts.

Dear Mr Lalit
sometime experts reply only upon what they think and some time they study deeply and suggest some thing. But even still the advise may not be 100% perfect. On so many questions or to say in mostly questions the experts has different opinion and they explain it. They do not impose thoughts. Actually the Law is always a learning process.
Think about those persons who get an order from court after a 20 year battle that the court was having no jurisdiction to decide the case.( it happens daily despite of learned advocates and learned courts)
