1) The children will ALWAYS acquire the caste of the Father according to Apex Court decision.(Pls Posted The Hole Judgment pls)& whther it is consitutional bench judgement ?
2) Share profit & loss is an essential element to consitute a partnership. But it is only a prima facie evidence & not a conclusive evidence ? What do u mean by conclusive evidence with the help of a example becasue as per the indian evidence act, 1872 there is not defiantion of conclusive evidence ? can anybody say that how many type(S) of evidence are there which aren't in indian evidence act, 1872 but our indian court considered that evidence Eg : Conclusive Evidence , Circumstantial evidence, etc. Pls if any more than list it pls it will be a good favour to me.
