In a case, on 17th July, 2013, Plantiff's evidence was fixed for 29th August, 2013. The Plaintiff wants to file evidence in writing.
a) Is there any time limit for filing evidence in writing w.e.f. 17th July, 2013?
b)Can it be filed on 29th August, 2013 also?
c) What other documents are required to be filed with written evidence besides enclosures mentioned in the evidence?

All documents relevant to case can be filed even though not pre listed if you have reasonable explanation.
In Civil cases COST IS THE PANACEA WHICH HEALS EVERY SORE IN LITIGATION is the observation of lord BALBORN not mine.

How can we guide you which documents should be filed without going through your case?
Either we shall have to become astrologers or our reply shall be based upon presumptions and assumptions.

Makkad Sir, my query was What other documents are required to be filed with written evidence besides enclosures mentioned in the evidence?
Other document I meant was such legal documents, if any, which are required to be enclosed in every case irrespective of subject matter. Moreover, querists are lay men.
