actually its a case of n.i. act i ve filed the case in cjm court ,court issued summons to accused,he got bail,now case is fixed for evidence of complainant us 246 of cr.p.c
now here is the problem that my client is not in india now, he is out of country n will come after 1 year and court asking me to notpress the case
now my question is that can i ve option to produce his evidence through skypee or other audio video methode if yes tha what will be the procedure

Your client needs to appoint a person having personal knowledge of entire issue, as his GPA and with the permission from the concerned court, should depose his evidence otherwise the opinion of the court is accurate.

WITH DUE RESPECT AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE POA IS NOT APPLICABLE IN COMPLAIN CASES LIKE NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT CASES.
SO PLEASE INFORM ME IF THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY TO SUBMITT HIS EVIDENCE IN SEC 244/246 OF CR.P.C
