Dear Expert,
We have filed the money recovery case (amount of Rs.9,58,000/-) against the defendant which is the company having its registered office at Cotton Exchange Building, Cotton green, Mumabai. The court has passed the decree. Now i need to get transfer the execution petition to the concerned court at mumbai. Can any one pls let me know which is competent court where i can get it transferred?

Yes i have filed execution petition at Udupi... now the Udupi court asking me the jurisdictional court where it can transfer this execution petition by way of precept.. so i need the name of the court which is competent to entertain this execution petition?
