EXECUTION OF DECREE

RESPECTED ESPERTS,

if order is passed in favour of me but same court is showing reluctant in excution the order passed by his own court thouugh i have made a sevral application for excution of same.

what are legal option left to me in such circumstances.???
Should I make application to high court or district and session court for excution of order.??

on what ground same court is not passing any order.
Let me know where the JD is residing, if he is residing out of the jurisdiction of the court then you will have to file an application to transfer the petition to the JDs jurisdiction, it is known as DTC

when a decree is passed by the court than the execution is filed in the same court and JD's are noticed to produce the objections if any they like appeal or any injunction order or operation stay of the execution proceedings. so find out what is the reason y not passing any order in this case.

court did not mention any ground and there is not also any legal technicality coercion ,magistrate just deliberately not taking any action on my application for execution of decree.
@Uma parameswaranji,sir I think's I need more guidance from your side .Pliz!! explain in detail!!
