Execution of decree for recovery of compensation amount from insurance company

We have filed a Execution case in the court Of ADJ for recovery of Decree amount in compensation case under M.A.C.T Act and leraned court has passed an order for payment of the copensation maount along with interesr on dated 20.05.2010 but insurance company willfuly no paying the amout inspite of a notice was served by special messenger to the Insurancy in the month of Feb-2011 and reminder in the month of july-2011 but still he has no paid hence may kindly give your opinon what step I shuold take for the same

have they filed any appeal ? if not take execution proceedings by attachement of property of insurance compnay
