PLEASE GUIDE ME, IF THERE ARE ANY PROCEDURE FOR EXECUTION OF AN ORDER OF CASE OF DOMESTIC VIOLANCE ACT.

Yes, if it is for execution of any maintenance order then the procedure is same like that of a proceeding u/s 125 crpc.

If the order of court is not executed by Respondent, then applicant even file application under contempt of court act.

Yes you need to take out the execution proceeding for which you can find the provisions in the act itself and thereafter your lawyer will help you in executing this proceeding before the Court on further cost if you seek it.

The execution can be filed on the lines of CrPC 125 as maintenance is as per CrPC 125 in DV Act.
