Experienced qualified be chemical engineer (capable body) .. can get maintenance in 125 ?

Separated from last 3.5 yrs
Case 125 fighting since last 1 yr
Wife is BE chemical but currently not doing job. I have Provided her 3 job’s detail (2 before marriage and after marriage of salary 10000). She denied after marriage job in her cross

I’m Mechanical engg doing job but not admitted in court. Also they even not provided any evidence abt my current job

she expecting maintenance = 15000.

she lied in court abt doing job after marriage. But after providing my evidences about her all 3 jobs. She submitted her resignation letter of 3rd job to show she is not doing job.

My query :-
Experienced of 3 jobs & ‘first class’ qualified BE Chemical engineer (Capable body) .. intentionally left job , can she entitled for maintenance ?

As per Court record since both of you are unemployed, no maintenance will be given to either.

If wife is capable to earn and not earning, she can be denied maintenance, which otherwise, you have to pay, even if you are unemployed.
