My Grand Father is aged 85 years and said property distributed between my grand father and his two stapes brother before 50 year when one brother is under 18 years. the said property is ancestral property.

My grand father's father give my grand father on 20 % of famile property.

can today my grand father claim for 50 % property and redistribute the same between them.

First we have to know whether the property in the hands of your great grand father was his self-acquired property or ancestral property.
