Property problem

4 year back my father purchased house and put it on my and my mother name. 2 years back while my marriage my house was in name of me and my mother. After one year of marriage I transferred my share to my mother name due to problems between me and my wife. Can my wfe claim sha e in house? if yes then what should i do to avoide it?

Though your wife has right of residence , but if in that particular property you do not have any share now then she has no right claim anything out of it.

No,your wife has no right to claim the share in property as ownership of property now belongs to your mother.

no. your wife has no claim in the property which is in the name of your mother.this is not shared house as per the DV Act. For more information contact 9868529732

Your wife can seek for right to reside in that house as it is the dwelling house for you and matrimonial home for her

Hi all, Thank you for your reply.

Sincce last 1 year I am staying in rented house with my wife. Before 15 days my wife left house putting false blame on me. Can my wife still seek right to reside in my mother house?
