Respected sir,
can husband claim for maintenance-compensation-medication charges under charges 125 crpc. or anyone required to claim.
wife and her family is responsible for the spoilage of entire professionaal career of the husband by putting him under false case and dragging the case unnecessary for prolonged.
information about the income and work given in the court are wrong.
as the case dragged prolonged husband underwent cervical problem(brain problem) and turned incapable to work only.
due to starvation and cervical problem he had lost weight from 130 to 65 kg.
family of wife is doing all this intentionally.
it is a matter of breach of trust, purposeful spoilage of professional career
which is the perfect section under which he can found relief towards atleast either case filled by wife should expedite or husband must get maintenance and medication charges from the family of wife till he resumes for some job.
cervical problem is acute and increasing day by day. husband cannot undergo expensive medication but to get some relax he started meditation for mental peace.this problem started effecting his vision ability also.
now these days wives are taking the advantage of women law without reason and not only harassing the matrimoniall family but destroying many lives for their personal benefits.
husband knows that finally he will be relieved by the court but till then what?
what are the suitable remedies in your opinion if the person is starving and are suffering from acute brain pain problem.

Ask husband to bring specific order from the higher court for the time bounded trial, nothing can done till the accused got acquittal in the case, thereafter he can file case for defamation, now if there is torture and pressure and husband got threat for life from the in laws can lodge a complaint or file case against them.
