Sir
I want to enter a PIL in Supreme court. How to enter a PIL or tell me the process to enter a PIL. I have no money for an advocate. PIL is related to public distribution system.

You can appear as party in person.

Yes. You can file your writ as in person or you may approach the free legal aid.. Before file the p.i.l you have to clear that whether the issue related with public's interest or not? Whether your case is maintainable or not? Otherwise court may impose penality to you for wasted the court time.
