Please clarify whether the arrears relate to the original pension of the husband of the remarried lady or relate to the family pension granted to the mother of the deceased employee?

Sir family pension granted to the mother of deceased employee, after remarriage of wife.

Arrears of family pension, if granted to mother, can be claimed only by the natural heirs of the mother, not the remarried wife.
