Water Leakage Problem

Respected sir,
I have purchased a flat in badlapur city and get possession in April-2010. During rainy season in July-2010 we seen leakage in bedroom and then after in hall also. I met builder and show him shooting and photographs of leakage which I have recorded. Next day he visited residence and assured that he will remove the leakage. As per promise he removed bedroom's leakage. I made several calls regarding this. But still there is leakage on all four walls as well as cealing of the hall. This year also I communicate the builder and shows photographs of the leakage. He made promise that he will remove the leakage.
Sir, pleasesuggest what I should do to overcome this matter. Can I file suit against Builder in Consumer Court or any other court?

ou can very well file against him. but first sit across the table and try to settle the matter, if not move to court.,

Yes. You can pray before consumer disputes redressal forum. File a complaint under deficiency in service.

It appears that the builder is interested in doing the repair job. File a complaint before the Consumer Forum as suggested by Mr.Tom
