I am Arif from Chennai, I married a girl from Andhra Pradesh in 2006, I live with parents my mother is 67 years & my father is 78yrs old, both are suffering from health problems there condition is not good at all, since my marriage issue happened they were mentally disbursed, I have 2 sisters & one elder brother all are married.

In my marriage ceremony before & after girls side they have create many small problems which we ignored initially, soon after three months of marriage she become pregnant, she is very adamant girl, she never used to listen any body, for that reason we used to have small fight many times, sleepless nights for me, he used to threaten me by saying that she will jump from the balcony ect……………………………..
After her pregnancy of 7 months I came to know that she had affair with her class mate before our marriage, even I came to now that she had bed together many times with her boy friend & even she got married with that guy in Birla Mandir temple, ( No Proof of Mariage) not only this she had many affairs before, which I came know to later with other sources, I have photos of her first marriage which was given by his first husband & some mails proofs. She has not invited any of her friends to our marriage, it was secret performance in her circle, In her 8 months of pregnancy some body approached thru phone & told me that he is her 1st husband ,he wants her wife back he give me all the proofs likes photos both standing together, I got shock to see this photos I was terrible confused & disbursed I don’t know wt to do, I asked my wife first she denied later she slowly admitted that she had affair, she give me lots of reason, & she try to convinced me that she wants to stay with me, even I told her if u r not interested you can very well walk out, but she promise me that’s her past she dnt want go back
In 2007 jan she went for delivery to her mothers place it was promise made by her father that he will make all arrangements in good hospitals for delivery but he broke his all promise , all of days he was giving me false commitment, finally her father told that she cant travel doctor has advised, then I also told go head no issue, whatt can i do when doctor has told not to travel, she delivered boy in the month of April 2007 they have not informed me about her delivery, it was not a normal delivery, even they have not taken my permission from me , later they informed me about the delivery of my son, initially I did not go to see my son, even they have not called also, I have called my wife many many many times, just I want my son but she used to avoid,
After 8 months of sons delivery I approached KHAZI to retain my wife back, Even she has not come there also, I do not understand her idea
After waiting for a long time I filed a RCR in 2008 in chennai she came to court , but judge was not presented on that day given next long date of October 2008, but same day we had sitting in her advocate office where she told her interest is negative &, not willing to reunion with me, she started demanding huge money , & her belongings back, I am ready give every thing back (not extra money which is baseless demand ) but still she is dragging the issue
Bride Father
He working in prohibition & excise department as a circle inspector in Andhra Pradesh, he is main culprit in this case he knows everything about her daughter issues fore he is ready to send her daughter but he wants in written with lots of condition & guarantor, which is highly impossible, and my family fells insecure & scared of her I am scared to take her back now, because she told me recently over the phone, that she will take revenge if she comes back to my house
DETAILS OF CASE
1 She did not return from her parents house after her delivery She was not staying with me for then 21 months
2 On 12th September 2008 she committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan and she left the suicide note of 7 pages under her billow with lot of false allegations against me and my family members and even she has written against A6 also ( But I strongly believe that suicide contains only false and revenge )
3 FIR was filed against five persons A1 Myself A2 Elder Brother A3 Elder Sister A4 Mother A5 Father & A7 Elder Brother n Law ( 304 –B , 306 , 406 R/W IPC AND SEC 3&4
4 Even FIR was filed against his boyfriend also as AA6
5 First A2 to A7 got the bail without any arrest and later got it the bail from high court
6 In charge sheet they have managed 33 witness against me which i have never seen them in my life, Now my case has come for trail
7 In trail we came to know what ever the statement given in police station by his father and other family members which is not matching with earlier statements and its not matching with open court statements
8 My advocates is very happy he says its successful and improvement in our case .
9 While going thru the charge sheet report We came to know some major thing in INQUEST REPORT that when she committed suicide by hanging herself to a ceiling fan in her room …The small chair or bench which is missing in INQUEST REPORT
10 Before her death she has recorded some of our mobile phone conversation in CD which contains nothing but in fact its good for me that she has accepted many things about her in that CD
I mean to say for committing suicide by ceiling fan you need to have a small chair or small bench for supporting your attempt which is not available in any reports
Report of scene of offence :
The roof of the bed is with concrete slab at 10 feet height 12 feet long and 8 feet breadth. The bed is 2 feet height from floor the snuff color fan over the bed is I feet down the slab ceiling. The distance from the bed to fan is about 7 feet.
Deceased is 5 feet height
And its 2 feet is short fall where it has to support with a small chair, which is missing in the entire reports

Judgements depend upon the circumstances and the facts of the case,it can not be similar in nature.
As you are describing that suicide site to perfect evidence was found,you can insist on that fact and prove that you did not have any contacts since she left you,and try to find out the character and quality of boyfriend,and his activities at present........ and so on to prove your innocence.
