My father sold our house without our knowledge

My Grandfather had gifted his house to My Father & now he want to sell it out.
My Father had already deal with client by a bond which says some advance paid & rest all will be paying in period of 12 months. We are 2 brothers & do not want to sell for a very low cost we want to stop this deal any way. I want legal advice how I can proceed with this, kindly help us.

After the gift the said property would be treated as self acquired property of your father and hence he is free to deal with it in any manner he likes andyou can do nothing stop his such activities.

But we do not have any rights as this is inheritance property which pass to my grandfather & he gifted to my father. We are 2 brothers & 3 sisters, there is no share of us ??

Since it is a gifted property to your father therefore it is his self acquired property and he can deal with it as he likes. Your are helpless in this regard. The only way is to convince your father for not to do so and cancel the agreement

Unless the earlier gift deed is challenged and set aside, you could do nothing.

Depends upon written terms of the agreement between the client and your father about execution of deed or compensation upon failure to execute. You would therefore need to reproduce the terms of agreement for further advice by experts.
