My female friend she is a Thai national and she got marry to male Indian national (he is a goan) , they got marry in Thai embassy in Mumbai
So now she wants to apply for spouse visa so whether she can apply here in goa there is any provision for her to stay in goa on same passport n spouse visa as she married to goan?

she can extend her tourism visa first., later she may apply for spouse visa., she got married with an indian she is entitled to get indian citizenship.
