prabhakar singh (Expert) 10 January 2012
perjury is lodged by court itself on party's
request.Once lodged only court is its'in charge and not the party.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 10 January 2012
Contempt of court can not be withdrawn by the party to the case. Only the court is having power.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 11 January 2012
Prejury application can be withdrawn but if FIR lodged then it is the mercy of the concerned court. Defamation can be got withdrawn by petitioner as and when he desires to do so.
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 12 January 2012
As long as the court has not taken cognizance of the same, it can be withdrawn.
