1.i want to know the grounds on which condonation of delay under sec.5 of the limitation act can be given.

2.also i want to know thw grounds on which condonation of delay under sec. 5 of the limitation act cannot be given.

It depends on peculiar facts of a case.
However the court has a very liberal approach to deal the condonation and if the delay is not of years together then it should be allowed without payment of cost.
