Res sir
Societies of Gujarat demand 50000 to 150000 and more including transfer fee +development fee +bore fee etc. if transferee member are not given this amount Societies of Gujarat disconnected water line gutter line other facilities. Also government of Gujarat GR said that Societies of Gujarat can take transfer fee 500 to 50000 but not mention area of premises and development fee +bore fee etc other about fee so Societies of Gujarat indirectly permission to collect money from transferee member and loot so public suffer but Delhi high court give the judgment that
Societies can not take transfer fee +development fee +bore fee etc. it illegal and if society collected above money they have to refund with 18%
Societies of Gujarat are not accepted above judgment because judgment of Delhi high court so I want to PIL IN GUJARAT HIGH COURT ple guide me
1 Are government of Gujarat GR legal ? pl help me
2 What is provision in central act about transfer fee +development fee +bore fee etc. ?

in mahaarshtra transfer charges canot be more than rs 25,000 . however many societes flout the law and take money as donation .
you have stated that in gujrat it is legal to take upto rs 50,000 as transfer charges .
are you aggrived party ? if you have been forced to pay more than amount permissible then you can raise grievance with registrar
filing of PIL may not be worthwhile proposition

if it is legal judgement of Delhi high court said that Delhi high court give the judgment that

You had taken the flat dirt cheap and now the prices are sky rocketed ,so you are making neat profit, part of it is un accounted.
You may fight for this are that charge but are you ready to do your transaction fully accounted by cheque .
IF NO THAN THERE IS NO SOLUTION., SINCE CO OP DEPT IS INTER CONNECTED TO MINISTER LEVEL.
