can plz told me the procedure of making will. the property is in u.p. it is agricutural land. can my grand father make will in the name of my father.my grand father live in kolkata. he is not able to travel uttar pradesh.plz advice me the step by step procedure of making will.he do not wanted to give his property to his second son who is died one year earlier.plz advice the will matter such a way that no one from my uncle side can claim in that will.

ask your grand father to contact a local lawyer .

it is better to get will drafted by a lawyer . he will take all legal precautions

SIR MY GRAND FATHER WANT TO MAKE WILL OF A LAND PROPERTY WHICH IS IN UTTAR PRADESH. BUT LIVE IN KOLKATA RIGHT NOW.HE WANT TO MAKE WILL IN THE NAME OF HIS YOUNGER SON.NOT TO HIS ELDER BROTHER.AFTER THE WILL PREPARATION CAN HIS ELDER SON CHALLAEGE LEGALLY ON WILL .IF YES THWN GIVE ME THE SUGGESTION HOW HE CAN TRANSER HIS PROPERTY TO YOUNGER SON WITHOUT ANY HURDELS .PLZ ADVICE SIR.
