Dear sir,

Kindly suggest on unpaid amount of ex employee matter in one of manufacturing company in uttar pradesh .If any rule as per concerning law then what is method to make amount for deposit

Intimate that employee on his last known address to get his pending amount or he is really ex. now (deceased) then his nominee may be intimated or their address may be got searched through any source and that payment may be made till then keep that amount in a separate bank account.
