Permissive possession/ejection

land with a house given under permissive possession for an organization about 40 years back by father the title holder without any consideration by an oral agreement. Father died. 2 sons are legal heirs. Notice issued terminating permission and demanded to vacate. Tenant organization resisting. Will a suit for ejection simpliciter lie

Suit for eviction of licensee would lie.

As nothing is in writing rather the same is permissive possession so simple termination of license and accordingly suit for possession shall lie.
