sir
My wife file complaint of dowry in women cell yamunanagar. After two hearing she file domestic violence case in court. After all of this women call me for investigation on her complaint. i went there and also give complaint against wife and her persent. I demand in complaint her first marriage divorce. This is second marriage both of us. Police investigation on my complaint? and if she hve no leagly divorce thn police hve power booked FIR aganist her?

if your wife had remarried you during subssitence of her first marriage then file case for bigamy against her . you must have evidence that no divorce ahs taken place . dont raise defences without any basis

Police can book her but it is unlikely. If you have proof then file petition u/s 156(3) crpc to start the investigation in this respect.

If you had the information/knowledge of her earlier marriage and re-marriage with you without obtaining a decree of divorce from her first husband then what were you doing till to day of your call in woman Cell?
One may also conclude that this is nothing but a counter blast of you. Woman Cell is not bound to put much reliance over your complaint, If you have solid evidence then file petition for nullity of marriage as well as a criminal case against her before trial magistrate.

THE VITAL LAW POINT IS : WHEN DID U COME TO KNOW ABOUT HER PREVIOUS MARRIAGE AND NO DIVORCE??
Did she hide this fact till date??
Did u have physical relationship after your knowledge that she is someone else's wife? And her husband have any objection or voluntary consent for ur relationship??
