Torture by seniors.

Dear Sir,

I am working with a Private Company since Nov,2007 and every year I am getting only B+ grade with lowest increment and no promotion I have got yet.

Every senior give me extra work as well as my reporting boss. When I asked my head of department and my boss reason for this torture they told me we will continue the same If u want u can left the company and no need to come since tomorrow.

1. Can I take any action on the same?
2. Can I give reply of “no need to come since tomorrow” on same time to my boss?
3. If I revert to them of their torture, 4. Can they take action against me through HR Department.

If HR Department takes any action what should I do to save my job.

Please help me.

1) You can't take any action against them.

2) You can just ask them to give notice of termination instead of verbal direction, "no need to come from tomorrow."

3) You should have some proof of burden of additional workload other than specified for your post, if there is any in writing as part of your prescribed duties and responsibilities.

4) They can take disciplinary action against you for non-discharge of your duties and responsibilitites, if you don't complete the jobs. They can take disciplinary action against you which can lead temination of your service on account of inefficiency on your part. Termination from service on the basis of disciplinary action against you can lead to forefieture of your gratuity to which you have become eligible now after completion of 5 years of service.

Before HR department takes any action, better serve the company with a notice of your resignation and try to search some other job in some other organisation.
