Sir, Ours is cidco allotted NL5 Type houses in sector 11,Nerul,New Bombay.registered as P822 Thane, and named as 'Sangam apartment owners association'.despite repeated requests, more than three years president has not called any annual general body meeting nor giving any accounts. Now in december 2012,he sent a circular without calling general body meeting, that new adhoc committee has been formed naming few office bearers. I request you what should be done and where is the Navi mumbai/thane association registrar office to complain.

it would have been advisable to form a society . since no society has been formed you will have to move court . contact a local lawyer . you will have to challenge the formation of ad hoc committee and ask for accounts and holding of elections

Thankyou ajay sethi sir,Better late than never. Some 55 owners have given signed memo to the adhoc committee president,for calling of elections,presenting of accounts in general body meeting and others.now he has started embarrassing the members and verbally threatning to file defamation cases in court and police and taking unilateral decisions.please advice what should be done. the adhoc committee president is police officer.
