How to run a political party

Dear Sir,

I started a new political party one week before in chennai, Tamil Nadu.

My doubt is How to run a political party without register in a election commission?

within how many days i must register my party? If i didn't register within a period after i started the party, is any problem will occur?

can i register my party after a year from starting?

how can i run a account in the name of my party in the Bank without register my party?

there is time limit for filling the application before EC, you should read your another post regarding Registration of Political Party.

The application should be neatly typed on the party’s letter-head, if any, and it
should be sent by registered post/presented personally to the Secretary to the Election
Commission within 30 days following the date of the formation of the party. Any
application made after the said period will be time-barred under the provisions of
Section 29A(2)(b) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951. All pages of the
application including annexure should be (page) numbered in continuation

If you feel the need to run a political party, replies to such type of casual queries may not help you. Be fully equipped before thinking to run a political party by reading the Representation of Peoples Act and Rules made thereunder. Would you feel any problem after that only then come to this forum.

Approach the office of election commission and gather entire relevant information and follow it.
