if a property dealer done a rent deal, later on the tenant/owner avoid to pay his commission on one pretext or other, what action dealer can take ? or

do you have any document in writing wherein parties have agreed to pay you commission or brokerage charges . without any written documentation chnaces of recovery are bleak

Every party to the agreement has to follow it in letter and spirit. If there was any agreement thereto, the dealer can get it executed by way of filing the suit for specific performance before civil court.
