Criminal conpiracy by wife and wife's in laws

It will be unbelievable things happening in our society that, Extreme harassment done on husband by parent in law in association with wife to murder the husband because, husband has not given signed paper to parent in law. The paper is hand written by wife in law mentioning that husband can not interfere or ask on any conduct of wife and also he will give 25000pm in her account opening in a bank.
This amount of Rs. 25000/- will be expended on her whim and husband can not take any queries on wife.
Sir, wife left the house on instruction of her parent and went to parent house on preplan base. After that, she arranged antisocial person to threaten the husband to extort money and vacant the house otherwise he will be killed.
Sir, husband has made a GD in police station but no any action has been taken till now. Husband has made the same complaint to Superintendent of police against her parent and in laws that all of them made harassed the husband on preplan base to break the family.
Wife after knowing these things that husband made GD in police station against her in laws then ,immediately she filed 498a and other cases on husband and his parent and brother & married sister.
Dear Sir, my queries for action:-
1. GD filed by husband in police station and in SP office but no any action has been taken since ten month. Husbnad ‘s anticipatory bail in 498a is in pending since eight month.
2. Can husband file any case against wife’s in laws that all of them have made several harassment on husband to extort money as husband has evidence of written hand written by father in law and recording in mobile. Only case of criminal can be filed on all of wife’s in laws not on wife.
3. Kindly note that, all incidents have been happened in more than one year and last incidents happened in back 10 months on which GD filed by husband. Complaint before SP made in back six month mentioning that police has not taken any action on GD.
4. Father in law made abuse which is also recorded in husbnad’s mobile. Father in law who came several times in husband’s house without information and made a lot of drama to influence his daughter to make torture on husband.

Kindly suggest what action can be taken by husband on wife’s in laws.

why dont you engage a local lawyer ? take his written opinion instead of reprhasing same query again and again
