Registry after agreement

Hi,
I belong to Karnal, Haryana. I bought a plot last year on full agreement from a person belongs to Rohtak. At that time registry was not open for plots. Now registry is open. But the person is not coming to Karnal to sign the registry. He is saying that he is busy with other stuffs so he can't say when he will come. What should I do now?

also you can try him to give power of attorney to anyone and let that person come to register the plot

you have to take legal proceedings to protect your interests . you wont lose your plot . contact local lawyer . mr makkad of LCI is from haryana . contact him

Thanks Ajay for the information. Let me ask the guy one more time to come or be ready to face legal things. Basically, buying big lands and selling them as plot is his business.

Serve him a legal notice by fixing a specific date for the purpose of the registration of the sale-deed and you come present before registrar on that day and mark your presence by way of an affidavit and then issue him a legal notice through your lawyer and file suit for specific performance before the civil court at Karnal.
