Dear Sir, We have property in chawl. Which is gone for slum rehabilitation & Builders going to build building on that land. but developer is saying your land is 'apatra"( it is not from 1995 as per law) What it means ? What corrective action we can take?I have following detail K.D.Hight-2, Annexure-2, RN-134, 21/94 Agreement no. Please help me how i come to know that i will get flat? Whether we will get or not?

those slum dwellers who were staying in said slum prior to 1995 and having ration card would be eligible . contact a local lawyer

what about the other persons who are not prior to 1995 consult them and go to a lawyer
