Entitlement under maternity benefit act

A private limited company is giving 3 months maternity leave.But they told they will give the salary for first two months only and the third month is on loss of pay. Is this is right? if its wrong in what way i can proceed further?

The action of the company is not legal and you can definitely challenge it in civil court.
