Dv case needs to be quash

Hi expert

my wife put 498a and later DV case. Right now DV case is running what shall i do to quash this DV case, what's the exact prodcedur.

Or shall i contest this case on merits
But I heard that usually girls wins this DV case.

File PETITION U/S 482 OF Code OF Criminal Procedure before High Court stating the brief facts and the grounds which as per you are sufficient enough for quashing the proceedings.

You should contest the case and let it be decide on merits. If wife has merit in her case then it shall be successful otherwise it shall get dismissed.

generally HC is reluctant to quash DV case . fight case on merits

Better let the case be decided on merits. If you have merits in your favor(you hope to get the FIR quashed from Hc due to merits in your favor) the case would be dismissed.
