For nuisance remedies do lie in civil as well as in criminal law.But nuisance one of type reported is hard to handle even at law. Persuade him. There might be reasons that members in family are more and space is less that is why they do so much exercise with furnitures in the house to create space for sleeping.Play of child should be looked from an other angle.

You should also get examined your own sound allergies
and change a little by exercises it is possible you do not listen those sounds at all.

sell your flat and move to another locality .

I agree with expert prabhakar singh ji and RK Nanda ji. After police complaint police may intervene once or twice, it is doubted they would intervene every time. You will develop a permanent enmity with them.

If the matter is not solved amicably suggestion of expert ajay sethi ji is practical. Let the new owner face.

Adjustment, amicable solution, police complaint, court case or change of flat, choice is yours after going through all the pros and cons for each situation.
