I have found multiple evidences that my husband has been seeking sex with other men from the time that we got engaged till April- May. I do not have any recent evidences of the same. However all this evidence is in form of Chats and pages that he has visited. He is also registered on a gay site. I know of a couple of instances when he has lied to me.
If I want to file for divorce basis this then is this evidence enough? How do you go about doing this? What is the fees that I will need to pay to the counsel?

Adultery is sufficient ground for divorce, in addition it attracts punishment under criminal law.
It is better to take the first step by filing a police complaint, that can strengthen your case. Thereafter, you can go ahead with filing a petition for divorce. Females are exempted from court fees. The counsel's fees depends and varies, as all advocated does not charge uniform fees.

You have valid reasons for Divorce.
collect few evidences , in case he prove that Pooja used to chat from my PC.
You must prove , he only used his IP address, and after chat, he also indulge into physical relationship, and it affect you seriously.
Once exposed, he may agree for 13B, mcd, which is simple, quick, best form to get divorce.
