After going thro your previous queries I really feel sorry for you.Before raising this query you should have explained it once again.Since your sister was murdered by her in laws and all the accused were out in bail your intention is to get them punished at the earliest you have raised this query.It is normal procedure in murder case letting the accused out in bail.You could consult a Senior Criminal Lawyer and make him study the FIR and Charge Sheet and attempt all the possiblities to make the case much stronger by filing relevent petitions so the accused do not get acquitted.
