Doubt related to issuing of charge sheet

Hello
My Bhabhi put 498A case on my parents and my Elder brother ealier they were living seprately but now my parents and my brother are staying with me for the past one year still the charge sheet is not framed.
My Doubt is the next date for hearing is end of this month, in case the final chargesheet is filled how we will get to know that beacz in the FIR old addressed is mentioned.
OR shall we need to tell the person who is staying there right now to tell us if any document came from court,
May i know what could be the consequence if we not recived the summon which is deliver to us on old address.

Chargesheet will be first presented to the court, the accused will be summoned and accordingly a copy of challan will be given to each and every accused. It will not sent by post to any of the accused.
