Dear Sirs,

How long can a person WAIT, before getting the immovable property transferred in his name, obtained through, WILL of father.

AND

Is there any time limit for mutation and change of name OF THE PRPPERTY OR is it automatic that the property passes by WILL without any Furthur Act BY THE BENIFICIARY?

Time limit for mutation is 35 Days after filing/applying the application for it .
