My 20-year old nephew was pillion riding on a motor bike being driven by his friend rather rashly. The biked skidded and my nephew hit the road, fatally. Can any compensation be claimed under MACT. Shall be grateful for advice.

1. Yes, if the bike is insured for third party also then file a suit before M.A.C.T.

You can lodge claim if required ingredients of MACT fulfilled, consult local lawyer.
