Rectification deed will not do. Since hus name was mentioned in the deed then his share will not pass. He needs to require a fresh and separate deed of gift on payment of stamp duty.

If I execute a fresh deed, what will happen to the previous deed? Or I have to cancel the previous one?

@Author, as per your query it is understood that " there are two owners (donors)for the property, and only one person is executed the gift deed". and if that person executed the gift deed for entire property, then a ratification (not rectification) is sufficient. it amounts to stamp with a normal amount. If that person is executed for his share only, then it should be cancelled and a fresh deed to be executed.
