sale deed

Sir i have purchased a flat in kolkata in 2007 at that agreement for sale was made in that document 2 landlord and2 promoters sign.i paid full stamp duty now i am going to make sale deed and registration too, the promoters are saying their partnership firm dissolved and hav no right to sign plz suggest wat to do.

As the firm dissolve so the partners dont hav right.Can landlord sign the sale deed.plz help

The information furnished is contradictory. How did you pay the stamp duty if the conveyance is not registered?

On 2007 Agreement for sale was made in 5k stamp paper and draft of 40k was paid by me on maket value rs 668100 ad stamp duty with consideration value of 1lakh and balance amount before possesion as term and condition.then i paid full dues to the promoter due to some problem i was unable to make sale deed anf registration.now i want to make conveyance deed and register.landlords are ready to sign but the promoters telling the firm dissolves and they cannot sign.plz suggest
