Deceived by matrimonial site

Hi,
I have taken premium membership of 3 reputed matrimonial site. Before taking a membership plan they offered me multiple discounts and assured me 100% service satisfaction but after that they don't pick up my call and reply. within months of their service we visit their office multiple time but every time they have given me several justification and handover my case to someone. Is there any other
way to teach them?

Send them a legal notice to return your money else file a complaint for cheating against them ....

Was any written agreement / offer was provided by them and was not kept? If so can file consumer complaint.

Verbal assurances is marketing by agents and hardly to prove in case of need. If so, it is better to forget.
