hello experts

if A purchase a stamp from B and after that A use it for some illegal work or betray some one or do some kind of fraud then who will be responsible for it and what will be the consequence

First tell whether B is an Authorised Stamp Vendor or not. Secondly, whether the stamp was purchased in the name of A? and thirdly, how the stamp was used?

The name of the purchaser in the stamp paper is an evidence supporting the opposite party's claim against A if any. This may go against A.
