Incomplete housing project/ consumer forum

Please refer my earlier query. In view of repeated follow up society now agree to refund amount in instalment due to financial crunch. Till date they have refunded Rs. 2,00,000/- , I have not file the case in consumer forum . If society has refund entire amount , what documents I have to be obtain / given from/to the society. Is there any income tax compliance on my part in future if society sell the entire housing project.

i AM UNAWARE OF YOUR EARLIER QUERY.
If you get full refund then the society would be more bothered to get proper paper work from you than you should ponder over the same.

Please continue same thread or post brief facts.
You should have filed consumer complaint and should have taken back the complaint after receiving full amount.
Company would get the formality completed before handing over cheque of final installment.

The Society has now refund me remaining full amount . Now they have to prepare Cancellation of Register Agreement of housing project. What any other documents other than Agreement Cancellation should I take.
The refund amount nearly of Rs. 7,00,000/- refunded in installments any different financial year . How I show this refund amount for Income Tax return.
