We have a property with the name
GPA mother name 1994
Agreement to sale and purchase Father name 1994
Then GPA transfer to Father name in 2007.
Now who is the owner ??
Will mother cancel 2007 FPS to take ownership?
Can father sale property to anyone without permission of Mother?
Problem facing father selling property to other party and taking New Property with grandfather name .

Please state clear material facts with actual position who was actual owner of the property and whether GPA holder entered into any agreement based on the GPA.
Property belong to actual owner till sold gifted by the owner / GPA holder.

A transfer registered GPA to my mother and agreement to sale and purchase to my father in 1994 . Then in 2003 my grandfather transfer registered GPA to Father name . Now property GPA in fathers name . 1. Will my mother able to cancel fathers GPA of 2003?? 2 . If GPA not cancelled do mother have right on property? 3. If GPA can be cancelled after cancellation who's the owner rights? 4. what's importance of agreement to sale and purchase not registered??
