Respected sir, can in andhrapradesh agricultural land cealing act1975, minor sons get his right full exemption in the said act ? to equal rights as their parents,got 1 unit exempted from cealing and at that time the minor sons was not claimed their rights can they get it now, their equal shares ? kindly give me suzessation .thanking you sir.

They are equally entitled to claim their share, If not already claimed, their right still remains till one year of their attaining majority.
