Dear Sir,
My father was driving the car, while avoidind a cattle on the road , he hit a big stone in the left side of the road. Car's leftside fender, bumper and bonnet got damaged. The surveyor refused to give insurance to the bonnett which requires tinkering.He says it is not possible to include bonnet as it is in the centre of the car, not in the left side. Please advice me the ffurther steps.
total Claim is Rs. 26,000. Bonnet tinkering and painting cost Rs. 4,500.

if you are not happy with the surveyor's decision,you can make appeal to the insurance company with convincing arguement stating that the damage of bonnett occured due to the said accident only.(from your narration of the accident,i do wonder as to how the bonnet got damaged?)
