Please give me draft of the MOA and AOA of engineering service compay.

MOA & AOA are almost same for every company except the main object, you can write the following as the main object
1. To carry on the business of engineering designing services, engineers for all kinds of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical works for all type of buildings and other allied services in India and abroad.
2. To undertake, implement and execute all kinds and description of engineering consultancy services, professional engineering services and/or quantity surveying services and all fields of planning, building and engineering works
Find attached MOA & AOA of a company which can be amended suitably, however it is advisable to seek services of a Company Secretary or a Chartered Accountant.
