Dear Sir
What is the percentage of bonus.
if anybody working with proprietorship firm he is eligible for bonus.
hou much paid leave can be taken in a calender year.

As far as bonus is concerned,It depends upon profit of complany.Paid leave can be taken as per terms and condition of appointment.

if co.is running in profit but doing turnover in cr then employee can demand for bonus.any law in favour of emplyees bonus.
